  • He challenged me

    When I started training with Xavier, my goal was to become stronger and toner in my lower body after losing 100lbs. Having knee issues, Xavier customized my workouts and ensured that my technique is always correct to avoid any further problems. As my training continued, Xavier challenged me and pushed me just a bit further every session to gain more strength in my legs/lower body. I've achieved more than I thought was possible because Xavier built my confidence to push myself. My legs are stronger, and now my knees can handle working out and I look forward to my workouts. Xavier is extremely reliable & punctual and always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. It's been awesome working with Xavier as my personal trainer.

  • I have fun!

    I have been working with Xavier for about 9 months now. My goals when we started were to improve my strength and balance. I quite literally could not do a single push-up or stand on one foot for more than about 3 seconds when we started. I can now do a minimum of 20 push-up’s at a time, do all kinds of single leg hinges and squats, hold a plank for more than a minute, and my arm and shoulder strength has more than doubled. And I have fun! The workouts are never boring or repetitive. I feel like I’m being challenged in all the best ways. These workouts are my favorite way to start my days!
